Troubleshooting

Wallet Not Connecting (Desktop)

  • Ensure the Klever extension is installed and unlocked
  • Try refreshing the page after unlocking your wallet
  • Clear browser cache and reinstall the extension if issues persist
  • Make sure you're on Klever Mainnet (not testnet)

Wallet Not Connecting (Mobile)

  • Use the Klever Wallet's built-in browser - external browsers won't connect
  • Tap the Browser icon in the bottom navigation of Klever Wallet
  • Type digiko.io directly - connection should be automatic
  • If stuck, close and reopen Klever Wallet app

Swap Issues

  • Slippage error: Price moved >5% during swap - try again or use smaller amount
  • Amount exceeds limit: Maximum swap is 50% of pool - reduce your amount
  • Insufficient balance: Ensure you have enough tokens + ~5 KLV for fees
  • Transaction pending: Wait for previous transaction to complete

Transaction Failed

  • Ensure you have at least 5 KLV for transaction fees
  • Check that the amount doesn't exceed your available balance
  • For unstaking, ensure the bucket ID is valid
  • Use the "Copy Debug Log" button to share error details with support

Balances Not Updating

  • Wait a few seconds after a transaction for the blockchain to update
  • Click the refresh button or reconnect your wallet
  • Network congestion may cause delays
